29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5)(ii): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the appropriate hazard warning: In the Alternative 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(ii): Except as provided in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(7) and 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(8), the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provide at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals and which, in conjunction with the other information immediately available to employees under the hazard communication program, would provide employees with the specific information regarding the physical and health hazards of the hazardous chemical: a) On or about May 18, 2015, and in times prior thereto, in the #1 Glue line area, a plastic container of flammable WD-40 was not labeled with appropriate hazard warnings. The WD-40 was used on the rollers of a WALCO roller coater, exposing employees to the hazards of chemical contact and fire. b) On or about September 3, 2015, and in times prior thereto, in the Trim Saw Department, a plastic sports drink bottle containing a chemical believed to be flammable isopropyl alcohol was used by employees to clean oil and grease from trim and was labeled only "Warning Acetone" and "do not drink", exposing employees to the hazards of chemical contact and fire.
