29 CFR 1910.265(c)(5)(ii): Stairways were not provided with a standard handrail on at least one side or on any open side. a). Planer Mill Infeed Area - On or about and times prior to April 29, 2015, there was a yellow colored stairway that was not equipped with an intermediate rail on the right side ascending, thus exposing employees to a trip and a fall hazard up to approximately 57.5 inches onto concrete flooring. RB Lumber Company LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.23(e)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314088956, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on September 17, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 2366-2 Interstate Paper Road, Riceboro, GA 31323.
