29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i): The employer did not compile a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present using a product identifier that was referenced on the appropriate safety data sheet. On or about April 10, 2015: Employees working at the Shadow Lake Apartment Complex in Doraville are exposed to chemicals such as but not limited to Transchem Muriatic Acid, GLB Super Charge, J.T. Products Sodium Bicarbonate, GLB Clear Blue, Prevent Plus, GLB Large 3 Chlorine Tablets, and Spot Gone II as well as oils, gasoline, and freon. The employer did not compile a list of the chemicals within the worksite.
