29 CFR 1910.106(e)(5)(iii): Special extinguishing equipment such as that utilizing foam, inert gas, or dry chemical shall be provided as the need is indicated by the special hazards of operation dispensing and storage: (a) On or about 3/11/15 - Processing Area, the drycleaning units which included washer(s) and extractor(s), were not provided with an automatic carbon dioxide extinguishing system. The drycleaning units utilized mineral spirits, a flammable liquid, as the dry cleaning solvent.
