29 CFR 1910.219(e)(3)(i): Vertical or inclined belt(s) were not enclosed by guard(s) conforming to the requirements specified at 29 CFR 1910.219(m) and (o): Employees performing housekeeping maintenance tasks were exposed to amputation hazards. The drive belts for the following machines were not guarded on the back side: a) Bulk Dry fertilizer 1/2 inch drive belt for the auger b) Drag conveyer on the roof of the concrete grain elevator 1/2 inch drive belt.
