1910.137(c)(2)(xii): The employer did not certify that electrical protective equipment had been tested in accordance with the requirements of paragraphs (c)(2)(iv), (c)(2)(vii)(D), (c)(2)(viii), (c)(2)(ix), and (c)(2)(xi) of this section. a.) American Refining Group, Inc. - On or about January 28, 2015, and at times prior thereto, the employer had not certified that electrical protective equipment, including but not limited to gloves, sleeves, and insulating blankets, had been appropriately tested. The company was unable to provide such documentation upon request.
