29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1): The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards are present, or are likely to be present, which necessitate the use of personal protective equipment (PPE): MAIN OFFICE: On or about January 20, 2015, and at times prior there to, employees were exposed to the chemical hazard of corrosive materials (ECOLAB Ultra San, Sodium Hypochlorite Solution; Ecolab Lime-A-Way, Phosphoric Acid; ECOLAB ABC Accelerated Bowl Cleaner, Hydrochloric Acid; ECOLAB Stain-A-Way, Triphosphoric Acid) without suitable personal protective equipment for their eyes.
