29 CFR 1915.93(b)(3): The employer did not replace safety equipment that was removed from a vehicle. a) East end of Building 9: A Hyster forklift, serial number MC401808521B, the old seat (equipped with a seat belt) was switched out with a new seat in August 2014 which was not equipped with a seat belt. b) East end of Building 9: A United Tractor Company "Mule" serial number 13297 and ID number PH-1, had a seat not original to the Mule, which was not equipped with a seat belt.
