29 CFR 1910.219(i)(2): Revolving surfaces of shaft coupling(s) were not covered by a safety sleeve: On or about November 13, 2014, and times prior to, at 1881 Bekaert Drive in Van Buren, Arkansas, in the Fencing area, the shaft arm for the sprockets to Field Fence Machine 4 was not guarded. Employees were exposed to contact with rotating parts.
