29 CFR 1926.451(b)(5)(i): The end of a platform 10 feet or less in length extended over its support more than 12 inches and the platform was not designed and installed so that the cantilevered portion of the platform is able to support employees and/or materials without tipping, or has guardrails which block employee access to the cantilevered end: On or about 10/27/2014, at 5625 Lawrenceville Highway, Lilburn, GA; employees performing brick laying operations at the front right of the building were exposed to fall hazards of up to 14 feet to the lower level where boards shorter than 10 feet were estimated to extend beyond the 12 inches over the support, creating a cantilever.
