29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: a) Maintenance Area, Factory Floor, EP Heller Company, 21-25 Samson Avenue, Madison, NJ 07940. Employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards in that blanks were missing from a 120 Volt panel box. Condition observed on or about 10/8/2014.
