29 CFR 1910.107(e)(2): The quantity of flammable or combustible liquids kept in the vicinity of spraying operations were not at a minimum required for operations or they exceeded a supply for one day or one shift. On or about August 28, 2014, in the coating department, class 3 liquids such as, but not limited to black flat low friction coating was stored inside the spray booth and exceeded the daily usage limit. There were approximately 5-10 one gallon containers of paint and other chemicals located in the paint booth exposing employees to fire and explosion hazards.
