29 CFR 1926.352(c): Welding, cutting, or heating was done where the application of flammable paints, or the presence of other flammable compounds, or heavy dust concentrations created a hazard: (a) Plant site - On or about July 28, 2014 employees performed welding and cutting operations on piping connected to Tank #10 which contained methane and hydrogen sulfide. The tank and piping had not been cleaned prior to the start of work.
