29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floors and/or platforms four feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded with standard railings (or equivalent) and toeboards. On or about July 28, 2014 the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from falling exposing employees to fall hazards in the following instances: a) While working in the Lime Area employees were exposed to fall hazards. b) While working above the facility cleaning dust employees were exposed to fall hazards.
