29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i): Conductors entering cutout boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not protected from abrasion, and openings through which conductors enter shall be effectively closed: Main warehouse area, Southwest corner, on or about July 7, 2014, and at times prior thereto, employees charging their forklift are exposed to an electrical hazard from exposed conductors 208V/240V/480V that are not properly secured into a junction box.
