29 CFR 1910.272(e)(1)(ii): Current employees, and new employees prior to starting work in the grain handling facility were not trained in the specific procedures and safety practices applicable to their job tasks including but not limited to cleaning procedures: a) Outside of the storage bin on March 27, 2014, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from bin entry hazards. Employees were not provided with training on specific procedures and safety practices applicable to their job tasks, including but not limited to, grain handling facilities, clearing procedures for sweep auger and lockout/tag-out procedures. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION ARE REQUIRED
