29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(1)(i): Each employer having an employee(s) with occupational exposure as defined by paragraph (b) of this section shall establish a written Exposure Control Plan designed to eliminate or minimize employee exposure. A.) On or about Wednesday, November 6, 2013 at Terminal 8 (JFK Airport), Jamaica, NY 11430 The employer did not develop a specific written exposure control plan for job classifications (i.e. aircraft cabin cleaners, airport terminal cleaners) that are occupationally exposed to blood borne pathogens and other potentially infectious materials (OPIM) while performing cleaning operations of aircraft cabins and airport terminal restrooms. WRITTEN ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19
