29 CFR 1910.119(e)(1): The process hazard analysis shall be appropriate to the complexity of the process and shall identify, evaluate, and control the hazards involved in the process. a) This violation was observed on or about November 6, 2013 at Southern Foods Group, LLC; dba Oak Farms Dairy, when the employer did not identify, evaluate, and control the hazard(s) associated with equipment in Engine Room 1; when access to the Engine Room was not restricted to authorized personnel.
