29 CFR 1910.332(b)(1): Employees were not trained in and familiar with the safety-related work practices required by 1910.331 through 1910.335 that pertained to their respective job assignments: a. Facility - On or about June 28, 2013, employees required to perform voltage testing on 480V motor pump drives, were not provided with training in the safety related work practices emphasized in 29 CFR 1910.331 - 1910.335. The employees were thereby exposed to hazards of electrical shock and arc flash/blasts.
