29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): Work rest(s) on grinding machinery were not adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one eighth inch: On or about June 5, 2013, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards in that the employer did not ensure that the work rest on the bench grinders were adjusted to the wheel with a maximum opening of one-eighth inch. a) DeWalt 6" bench grinder, 3450 RPM, 120VAC, 80HZ, Serial #201139-YL-61640, Type 1. b) Central Machinery 10" bench grinder, 110 volts, 47 amps, 1750 RPM.
