29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(2)(i): The methods the employer will use to provide the other employer(s) on-site access to material safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical the other employer(s)' employees may be exposed to while working; a. Facility - The employer's written hazard communication program did not provide methods the employer will use to provide non-English speaking temporary employees with on-site access to material safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical. The employer regularly sprayed a layer of Clenesco Products Corporation CLN-644, doorway foaming sanitizer (an EPA-registered quaternary ammonium chloride compound), to entryway floors of the doorways to prevent cross-contamination from contaminated footwear and/or equipment between plant areas. The native languages of these employees were the following: English, Spanish, French, Chinese, Amharic, Burmish, and Nepali. Observed On or About June 7, 2013
