29 CFR 1910.179(j)(3)(x): Electrical apparatus were not inspected periodically for signs of pitting or any deterioration of controller contactors, limit switches and pushbutton stations: a) On or about May 30, 2013, in the company's air set 4 - cel 600 room, the pendant control of the Dayton 1 ton crane with serial number 11C637NS was not inspected, exposing emloyees to struck-by hazards. b) On or about May 30, 2013, in the company's no bake room, the pendant control of the P&H 3 ton crane was not inspected, exposing employees to struck-by hazards.
