29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(2)(vii)(L): The bloodborne pathogens training program did not contain information on the post exposure evaluation or follow-up that the employer was required to provide for the employee following an exposure incident: a) Embalming Room - On or about April 30, 2013, the employer had not trained employees on the specific information and steps included in a post-exposure evaluation and the medical follow-up procedure timeline to expect after an exposure incident. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
