29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): Work rests were not kept adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one-eighth inch to prevent the work from being jammed between the wheel and the rest, which might cause wheel breakage: (a) Building One; Welding Area - The Porter Cable Bench Grinder did not have the work rests adjusted to within one-eighth inch from the wheels, on or about May 2, 2013. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement
