29 CFR 1910.219(d)(1): Pulley(s) with part(s) seven feet or less from the floor or work platform were not guarded in accordance with the requirements specified in 29 CFR 1910.219(m) and (o): (a) Pulleys located on the Crack Corn Cleaner were not guarded to prevent employees from contacting them. (b) Pulleys located on the garage door opener in the grain loading bay of the pellet extrusion facility were not completely guarded. (c) Pulleys located on the top of elevator leg 68 were not guarded to prevent employees from contacting them. (d) Pulleys located on top of an elevator leg in the cleaning mill area of the Pet and Wild Bird facility were not guarded. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION OR DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
