29 CFR 1910.1027(i)(2)(i): The employer did not assure that employees removed all protective clothing and equipment contaminated with cadmium at the completion of the work shift and did so only in change rooms provided in accordance with paragraph (j)(1) of this section: (a) AECOM - The employer did not assure that employee(s) who were exposed to cadmium above the permissible exposure limit removed their protective clothing in the change room at the end of the work shift. An abrasive blast employee was overexposed to cadmium at a rate of 13.1 ug/M3, on or about March 7, 2013. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
