29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii): On or about February 6, 2013, at the worksite located at 86 Tournay Circle, Little Rock, Arkansas, supported scaffold at the north end of the home being built, the 1st level platform and 2nd level cantilevered platform that employees worked from to perform masonry activities were not fully decked. This condition exposed employees to falls from elevation.
