29 CFR 1926.1412(f)(1): 29 CFR 1926.1412(f)(1): The equipment was not inspected at least every 12 months by a qualified person in accordance with paragraph (d) of this section. On or about October 22, 2012, and at times prior thereto, at the jobsite located on the new Highway 11/25, southwest of Star City, Arkansas, the employer did not ensure the crane was inspected at least every 12 months, exposing employees to crane failure hazards.
