29 CFR 1910.107(d)(2): Mechanical ventilation was not kept in operation at all times while spraying operations were being conducted and for a sufficient time thereafter to allow vapors from drying coated articles and drying finishing material residue to be exhausted. a) Shop Area, Weatherford U.S. L.P., 134 Wickwire Way, Towanda, PA: On or about October 1, 2012, employees did not have ventilation fans operating while spraying black paint onto unpainted flanges. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation.
