29 CFR 1910.132(d)(2): The employer did not verify that the required workplace hazard assessment has been performed through a written certification that identifies the workplace evaluated, the person certifying that the evaluation has been performed, the date(s) of the hazard assessment, and, which identifies the document as a certification of hazard assessment: a) Rasi Laboratories, Inc./Somerset, NJ Facility: The employer did not have a written certification of the hazard assessment for employees who were exposed to chemical hazards while handling (i.e. transporting, pouring, cleaning, mixing etc.) chemicals such as, but not limited to: hydrochloric acid, phosphoric acid, nitric acid, ethyl acetate, methanol, and isopropyl alcohol. The employer did not have each affected employee wear appriopriate protection for hands to protect them from chemical hazards. Condition observed on/or about August 30, 2012.
