29 CFR 1910.178(l): Operators were not trained in the safe operation of powered industrial trucks: a.) On or before 5/31/2012, the company had not evaluated nor confirmed training necessary to operate powered industrial trucks had been completed for each employee using company trucks. The training provided to employees by previous employers was not specific to the current company fork lift usage. No additional training was conducted by the company. Equipment used in the company included: * Catepillar V50C, 5000# capacity fork lift, SN 39Y02284 * Catepillar GPL40 or GPL45, SN 1CN90316, 9000 # capacity fork lift, * Hyster S40C, 4000# capacity fork lift, SN C2D17648V, and * Company manufactured man-basket, and other equipment used with the fork lifts. Abatement Certification and Documentation is required.
