29 CFR 1910.179(l)(2)(i)(e): Where other cranes were operating on the same runway, rail stops or other suitable means were not provided to prevent interference with the idle crane: An employee replacing a motor on an overhead crane was exposed to struck-by hazards. The scissor lift that an employee was working from while performing overhead crane maintenance was knocked over when another crane being operated nearby contacted the crane being serviced on the same runway and no suitable means to prevent interference was provided.
