29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(2)(ii)(B): The employer did not ensure that the required training was provided to employees with occupational exposure at least annually. (a) In the Facility, on or about February 19, 2025 - The employer did not provide annual training on bloodborne pathogens to employees at the facility who have occupational exposure. Employees of the facility including, but not limited to RN's, LPN's, CNA's, Housekeepers and Laundry Staff have occupational exposure to blood and/or bloodborne pathogens.
