29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1):Circular handfed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut: (a)Sentry LLC at 1928 Calvin Drive, Watertown, SD 57201: On or about and at times prior to February 5, 2025, the employer did not ensure the blade was guarded on the SawStop hand-fed ripsaw, model: ICS53230, s/n: I232701039 located in the "finishing area". This condition exposed employees to amputation hazards associated with the unguarded saw blade.
