29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: a) 156 West Harrisburg Avenue, Elizabethtown, PA 17022: On or about January 14, 2025, the employer did not implement a written respiratory protection program with worksite-specific procedures for the required use of tight-fitting full facepiece respirators with ammonia cartridges during maintenance and repair tasks to the ammonia refrigeration system. Frozen Food Development, Inc. and its successors were previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1736998, citation number 1, item number 3-a, and was affirmed as a final order on September 24, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 156 West Harrisburg Avenue, Elizabethtown, PA 17022.
