29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii): Procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the scope, purpose, authorization, rules, and techniques to be utilized for the control of hazardous energy. On or about October 28th, 2024, employees engaged in maintenance activities located at 4657 G Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68117, were exposed to pneumatic and thermal hazards in that the employer failed to identify the missing energy sources on the Blue Oven.
