29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: a) On or about September 26, 2024, on the southwest side of the conveyor, employees were working near an electrical junction box without the knockouts being in place while the equipment was in operation. b) On or about September 26, 2024, next to the emergency exit, employees utilized a light snap switch without the knockouts being in place while equipment was in operation.
