29 CFR 1928.57(a)(6)(iii): Stop engine, disconnect the power source, and wait for all machine movement to stop before servicing, adjusting, cleaning, or unclogging the equipment: Location - Farm Store Area. On or about 8/25/2024, the hydraulics on the GOLDONI 3070 tractor were not stopped and turned off prior to an employee changing out implements on the tractor.
