29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control: a) Dock 5 - On or about June 26, 2024, the employer did not provide effective training for authorized employees servicing and/or maintenance task of hammering the pin back into place in the dock to recognize applicable energy sources and the means necessary for energy isolation and control exposing the employees to struck by hazards.
