29 CFR 1910.157(e)(2):Portable extinguishers or hose used in lieu thereof under paragraph (d)(3) of this section shall be visually inspected monthly. On or about June 27, 2024, at location W4892 County Road O, Appleton, Wisconsin: the employer failed to ensure portable fire extinguishers were visually inspected monthly, exposing employees to potential thermal injuries.
