29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1): The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards are present, or are likely to be present, which necessitate the use of personal protective equipment (PPE): a) On or about May 6, 2024, the employer failed to perform a hazard assessment in the workplace when employees perform titrations in the machine room exposing employees to chemical burn hazards. b) On or about May 6, 2024, the employer failed to perform a hazard assessment in the workplace when employees perform unjamming activities inside the washing machine exposing employees to burn hazards.
