29 CFR 1910.179(j)(2): Frequent inspections of the cranes were not performed at intervals as generally defined in paragraph (j)(1)(ii)(a) of this section or as specifically indicated: On or about April 24, 2024, employees who operate the overhead crane at the T&T Quality Buildings facility located at 89384 558th Ave, Fordyce, Nebraska were exposed to struck by hazards in that the CM Loadstar, 1 Ton, Jib Crane crane had not been inspected for damaged components as evident in the pendent control was missing labels for two of the four control buttons.
