29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(ii): Flexible cords were not used only in continuous lengths without splice or tap: On or about April 4th, 2024, employees engaged in material handling and production operations in the facility located at 3302 Harlan Lewis Road, Bellevue, Nebraska were exposed to fire and electrical hazards. Employee(s) were exposed to two extension cords that were plugged into the box wrap machine, these cords were spliced in three sperate locations.
