29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: (Construction Reference: 1926.59) At jobsite located at 1104-1106 W Trek Ct, Goddard, KS 67052, employees engaged in gasoline handling activities were exposed to chemical hazards in that a written hazard communication program had not been developed, implemented and maintained at the jobsite. The chemical hazards associated with gasoline are: skin and eye irritation, may cause drowsiness or dizziness, extreme flammability as a liquid and vapor, aspiration hazards such as pneumonia and respiratory failure, may cause cancer, may cause damage to organs through prolonged or repeated exposure, and may be fatal if swallowed and/or enters airways.
