29 CFR 1926.405(j)(1)(i): Fixtures, lampholders, lamps, rosettes, or receptacles had live parts normally exposed to employee contact: a. 823 South 18th St, Newark NJ The employer allowed employees to utilize a 120 volt duplex receptacle connected to a street light pole to supply power to an extension cord used for operating power tools at a residential building under construction. The duplex receptacle was not elevated above the floor and had exposed live parts, exposing the employees to electrical hazards. Violation observed on 03/20/24
