29 CFR 1910.219(d)(1): Pulleys, with parts of which are seven (7) feet or less from the floor or working platform, were not guarded in accordance with the standards specified in paragraphs (m) and (o) of this section: a) Production Area - On February 21, 2024, the employer did not ensure that the Dipping Machines #4, and #5, had the belt and pulley completely guarded to prevent contact with the moving parts. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
