29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct an annual or more frequent inspection of the energy control procedure to ensure that the procedure and requirements of this standard were followed. (a) On or about February 21, 2024, located at 150 Holy Hill Road, Twin Lakes, WI 53181, the employer did not evaluate the company's hazardous energy control program annually to ensure machine specific energy control procedures were current, and that authorized employees were correctly implementing energy control procedures when performing services and maintenance on the MAAC#1 and MAAC #10 Thermoform Equipment.
