29 CFR 1926.800(b)(1): Safe means of access and egress to all underground construction work stations was not provided and maintained: a) On or about February 13, 2024, and at times prior to, at 221 Cypress Way, Naples, FL 34110, employees assigned to perform under-slab excavations were exposed to suffocation hazards, and the employer did not provide and maintain safe means of access and egress to minimize delays in case of emergency/rescue operations.
