29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A):Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolate: a) Wieland Chase LLC. on or about January 23, 2024, at the address of 14212 Selwyn Dr. Montpelier, OH: The employer did not ensure that employees performing lockout covered activities on energized equipment such as but not limited to Hydraulic extrusion press on line #1, and blade changes on saws were provided with adequate lock out tag out training. Without the benefit of training on procedures and effective application, employee performing these tasks were exposed to caught in and amputation hazards.
