29 CFR 1910.106(d)(5)(ii): Containers. The storage of flammable liquids in containers or portable tanks shall comply with subdivisions (iii) through (v) of 29 CFR 1910.106(d)(5)(ii). (a) On or about January 3, 2024, the pile/rack on Rack K in the Class I Division 1 manufacturing area had approximately 4,080 gallons of flammable liquids which was over the allowable amount(s) listed in Table H-14 - Indoor Container Storage, for unprotected storage of Category 2 flammable liquids.
